Deborah Bryant started dancing at the age of 3 years old. Her mother started her out at Wanda Kay's Dance school in New Bern, NC and she completed 3 years there, learning ballet. When she turned 6 years old she began to dance in church. That is where she learned lyrical dance. Being able to be expressive was what geared her to keep going until she was 18. She was pushed and coached by Tamika Simmions who was the dance leader in church. While learning she also became a choreographer and created dances for her dance team. Dance has always been a gift of hers and she is so excited to teach this type of dance to other young girls.
